Every plan includes up to 500 inbound calls, 500 outbound calls, and 5,000 SMS message parts per month per business — well above what a typical small-business operation uses. Usage substantially above these thresholds may, at our discretion, result in a notification, a recommended plan upgrade, or overage fees ($0.05/min for calls, $0.01 per SMS message part) after written notice and a 14-day window to adjust. Single-month seasonal spikes generally don’t trigger overage assessment.
